Insurance
We work with several insurance plans. Because coverage varies, the best way to confirm your benefits and any out-of-pocket cost is to call us at 618.710.4123. If we're out of network for your plan, we can provide a statement (a “superbill”) you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
Self-pay & payment
Self-pay rates are available and are discussed up front so there are no surprises. Payment is handled securely through our payment portal. We accept major cards and HSA/FSA cards where applicable.
