Privacy & HIPAA Notice
How we protect your information — on this website and in our practice.
Last updated: June 2026
This website collects no health information
This website is informational. It does not request, collect, or store any protected health information (PHI). The general contact form asks only for your name, email, optional phone number, and a brief message, and is intended for non-medical questions. Please do not include health details in any message sent through this site.
How the contact form works
Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to the practice through a secure messaging service. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
Protected health information in our practice
Once you become a client, your health information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Illinois law. Clinical intake, scheduling, telehealth, and payment are handled through secure, HIPAA-compliant systems — separate from this website. You will receive our full Notice of Privacy Practices as part of intake.
Analytics & cookies
If analytics are used to understand general site traffic, they are configured to avoid collecting personally identifiable or health information. This site does not use advertising trackers.
Telehealth
Telehealth sessions are conducted on a HIPAA-compliant platform (doxy.me). Links from this site simply direct you to that secure platform; no session data passes through this website.
